A space to observe, breathe and be present
n the heart of the forest and far from the noise, every Sunday we invite you to experience a guided meditation designed to slow down and cultivate mindfulness.
For one hour, we explore mindfulness techniques, conscious breathing (pranayama), and guided meditations to foster emotional balance, mental clarity and inner calm.
We also use Tibetan singing bowls and essential oils to enhance relaxation and awaken the senses.
This practice is suitable for all levels, with thoughtful adaptations for every individual and stage of life.
