In our Restaurante Gastronómico 1947, ancestral flavours and the most modern techniques intermingle to offer excellent quality Mediterranean cuisine dishes made using seasonal, local produce that you might enjoy along with an extensive list of organic wines.
Start the day in Cibus with an organic breakfast buffet of vegetables from our vegetable garden, natural fruit juices, eggs and a wide variety of products to suit all tastes.
